Johnny Koczela, MSW Intern
I am a compassionate and thoughtful clinical social work intern, deeply interested in the human condition. At the undergraduate level, I enjoyed studying a variety of subjects, with a concentration in philosophy, at Boston College. Now in my third year of a dual graduate program at Boston College, I am pursuing a Master’s in Theology and Ministry and a Master of Social Work degree.
I aim to empower clients to work towards greater self-knowledge, thus promoting holistic flourishing. The clinical approaches I employ are evidence-based, and are largely: meaning-oriented, narratively-structured, psychodynamically-inspired, stress/trauma/neuroscience-informed, and mindfully-grounded – with openness to cultural and spiritual conversations.
