I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering both in-person and telehealth sessions.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Sociology with a certificate in Business Studies from Providence College. During my studies, I developed a strong interest in understanding people and the systems that shape their lives, which ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in the helping professions. I went on to earn my master's degree in Social Work at Boston College, concentrating on Mental Health.

Currently, I am working toward independent licensure as a social worker under supervision. My professional background includes supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the stressors that often accompany life transitions. I have gained valuable experience working in private practice.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, integrating evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also tailoring my work to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

I believe strongly in the innate resilience of every person and see therapy as a way to nurture that strength. My goal is to help clients build a personalized set of tools that align with their unique needs and style, empowering them to approach their challenges with greater confidence, compassion, and clarity.
