I am a pre-licensed CMHC clinician with over 40 years of experience in human services. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples, offering a warm, grounded, and practical approach to counseling. My work is collaborative and tailored to each client’s needs, with attention to life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, and personal growth. I believe therapy should be a respectful space where clients feel genuinely heard while also developing insight, clarity, and useful tools for change. I aim to meet each person with steadiness, compassion, and care as they navigate challenges and strengthen resilience.
