Matthew Herrmann

I am a pre-CMHC student intern who works with children and adults in a grounded, steady, and respectful way. I believe therapy is a place to slow down, look honestly at what is happening, and build practical tools for moving forward. My approach is direct, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that people can grow through challenge with the right support. I help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with their own resilience. I strive to offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel supported while doing meaningful work.
