Serves: Adults, Kids

As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), I am passionate about supporting the emotional well-being and growth of children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life's challenges. I approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect, working to create a safe and collaborative space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My therapeutic approach is primarily person-centered and strength-based, while also integrating motivational interviewing (MI), narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to meet each client's unique needs. I also incorporate mindfulness practices and take a holistic perspective, recognizing the importance of the mind, body, and environment in overall well-being.

My clinical focus includes ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, along with their families, to promote growth, build skills, and foster resilience, while helping clients develop the skills needed to thrive both emotionally and socially.

In therapy, I believe healing happens through a safe and supportive relationship where you feel both seen and understood. You don't have to have everything figured out—together, we'll work to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your own life.
