About NSCG

What makes us different is our people — and how we invest in them.

We're a team that genuinely cares about the work and never stops pushing to do it better — meeting each client where they are, and taking the time to truly understand the people we serve.

North Shore Clinicians Group is founded and operated by clinicians — not a corporation. That difference shapes everything we do.

We reinvest in our people: dedicated time and funding for training, senior clinicians who mentor and develop the next generation, a real benefits package, and pay that reflects the work. We are a brick-and-mortar, in-person practice rooted in this community — the kind of investment other practices treat as optional, or keep as profit. We'd rather put it into making better clinicians, because that's what better care actually requires.

Leadership

NSCG is a space for clinicians to learn and grow together — with the shared goal of developing highly skilled clinicians who bring extraordinary care to our clients and our community.

Strength in experience: Our leadership team averages 16+ years of clinical experience — and has been with NSCG for an average of over 10 years.

LICSW · Site Director · Clinical Director

As a clinical psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns. My work has focused on helping people navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, career changes, and life transitions. Through this process, clients have gained deeper insight into their experiences, built resilience in pursuing their goals, and developed more fulfilling and lasting relationships.

I strive to create a warm, caring, and nonjudgmental environment that fosters trust and supports meaningful growth. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's unique needs, with the goal of breaking unhelpful patterns, building confidence, and empowering clients to achieve positive, lasting change.

I am extensively trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches and have also provided training to other clinicians. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Imago Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. In addition, I have completed certification training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method.

Currently, I serve as the Clinical Director of North Shore Clinicians Group, where I oversee clinical development and training while continuing to provide direct care. My offices in both Peabody and North Andover offer a private, comfortable, and secure setting where clients can feel supported in their journey toward healing and growth.

LICSW · Clinical Psychotherapist · Neurocognitive Specialist

I began my academic journey at Suffolk University in Boston, initially undecided about my career path. After taking my first psychology course, I discovered my passion for the field. In 2002, I graduated with a major in psychology (child development track) and a minor in criminal justice.

I went on to earn my Master's in Social Work from Simmons School of Social Work in 2004. During graduate training, I completed internships at the Bell Elementary School in Marblehead and at Massachusetts General Hospital's outpatient services in Chelsea. At the same time, I worked on the inpatient unit at North Shore Medical Center, Salem Hospital, gaining valuable experience in acute psychiatric care. After graduation, I transitioned to the emergency department at Salem Hospital, where I provided psychiatric triage and conducted risk assessments from 2004 to 2011.

In February 2011, my husband and I founded North Shore Clinicians Group (NSCG). Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with children as young as four and adults over the age of 100. Through this experience, I discovered that my deepest passion lies in supporting older adults. Today, I dedicate my clinical work to serving clients in assisted living settings, where I focus on helping seniors maintain their emotional well-being, resilience, and quality of life.

LICSW · Senior Site-Supervisor

I am an LICSW with 15+ years of experience. My approach is collaborative, based in curiosity, and individually tailored to each client. I utilize concepts from EMDR, DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, and IFS.

Together we'll work to explore and understand the behavioral patterns, emotional experiences, and relational dynamics that shape your daily life. As we increase self awareness, you will feel supported as you move toward making meaningful changes and intentional choices in your life.

I specialize in working with people of all ages navigating stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also have a passion for working with first responders and have additional training in maternal mental health.
